Documents (pdf, word, excel etc) can be included in your site for viewing and/or downloading (the exact operation depends on the configuration of the browser viewing the page.

The document files are located the "contents/documents folder" - subfolders can be used to keep the documents organised - the document reference can use either forward slash or backslash as the path separator.

As with links, filenames and folder names non-alphanumeric characters are removed so carefull attention needs to be given to filenames with similar names etc.
